In-house slaughter:

Total slaughter at Süddeutsches Schweinefleischzentrum pork centre

Contract slaughter for the butchers’ trade::
Slaughter capacity:

Cattle ~ 50 heads per hour
Pigs ~ 320 heads per hour

Cooling capacity:  
Cattle ~ 600 heads per day
Pork ~ 5,000 heads per day

Frozen storage capacity:  
Approx. 650 tonnes

Beef butchering and packaging operation:
8 tonnes per hour

Pork butchery:
18,000 sides per week
