Our strategic location at the heart of the main processing areas of Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria enables short and animal-friendly delivery routes.

Important prerequisites for quality and safety are animal-friendly rearing and complete proof of origin. For these reasons, we only obtain our slaughter animals from producers who meet high quality requirements under long-term contractual relationships. Our business partners are producer groups, the private livestock trade and livestock processing cooperatives, which guarantee us a continuous supply.

For beef and pork, a complete certificate of origin guarantees consumer safety. This and the fulfilment of the highest quality standards entitle us not only to use the QS certification mark, but also the IFS standard.
