In a location that is traditionally important for the domestic livestock and meat industry, we have lately become one of the leading companies in the southern German meat industry. After taking over the public slaughterhouse and cattle yard of the city of Ulm in 1999, thanks to an extensive investment programme, Ulmer Fleisch has grown into a modern and efficient fresh meat centre.
Further expansion stages to increase pork marketing were launched in 2006 and continuously implemented. With the new construction of a modern, quality-saving rapid cooling system, spacious pork-half cold rooms and the addition of the slaughter line, the company features one of the most efficient and quality-oriented systems in southern Germany.
As the link between agriculture and consumers, we are reliable buyers on the one hand and efficient providers on the other.
